Hello trial world!

Welcome to Bits & Pieces of Trial Tips and Tactics.  I’ve watched a lot of trial preparation and participated in many trials and case preparation over 26 years.  I think I can fill a few pages of a blog with advice on how to prepare a case to get a client an efficient and effective resolution.  I also can fill a few pages with what not to do, and how cases go south on clients, and how to troubleshoot a case to get back on track before any real damage is done.  My goal is to give you the advice quickly, straightforward and easily applied.  If I miss the mark and you don’t know what to do, feel free to comment or contact me, I’m available.
